Abstract
This work aims to know the living conditions of workers in online platforms, based on the location for the transfer of people and products. It is exploratory research, of qualitative type, the population was accessed at convenience. The instrument was a semi-structured questionnaire and the technique was the interview. It was possible to know the conditions of labor precariousness, being self-employed workers. The applications establish certain implicit agreements in the contracting, for the various work modalities, remuneration and incentives, but not labor risks which are at the workers’ own expense. The reasons for entering this activity were due to the need to have a higher economic income in the family, as an additional to stable jobs and others due to the need to have some income because they were left without a job. The vast majority of those interviewed state that this activity is temporary and not a permanent job.
