Euphorbia strigosa is a plant that belongs to the Euphorbiaceae family, it has ornamental potential since it has reddish bracts and its habit is low, despite this there are still few studies with this species. When including it in production protocols, it was observed that the seeds with the highest percentage of germination are those with weights greater than 13 mg. As it is a still wild species, where the number of seeds that can be obtained is limited, strategies were sought to favor a higher percentage of germination in seeds of lower weights with the tissue culture technique. For this, a factorial experiment was established. One: growth regulators (5 levels). Two: antioxidants (2 levels). Three: seed age (2 levels). Four: light (2 levels). Forty treatments with five repetitions. The variables evaluated were number of germinated, oxidized and contaminated seeds. To analyze the data, an analysis of variance was used where, since no significant differences were identified, a descriptive analysis of the treatments was carried out. The highest germination average was 5 %, with the application of gibberellins under white light conditions.
