How to study the social transformations of the current City of Filadelfia, Boquerón -Paraguay? In this regard, the new dynamics from the insecurities suffered by the Mennonites and indigenous people were described. Applying qualitative interviews to 14 referents, it was asked about: a) what have been the main events of insecurity? and, b) who has settled in the aggressors? The externalized accounts, by the indigenous people, exposed that an act can be legal but become a nightmare due to the conditions of exploitation and vulnerability. With regard to the settlers, it was the young children, due to their desire to break the rules, who have consumed, sold and introduced illicit drugs in their communities, and consideringthe phenomenon of abuse towards women, it was found thatparents, brothers, uncles and grandparentsforced the female members of their congregation.
