CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURE POLICY
Authors, editors, and reviewers must disclose any conflict of interest that could influence the manuscript or its review and approval. If authors declare a conflict of interest, it must be disclosed to the reviewers. Similarly, those invited to review a manuscript should excuse themselves if they have a conflict of interest.
The journal ensures that the most suitable reviewers are selected in terms of thematic and academic compatibility. In case of controversy, "Investigaciones y Estudios - UNA" commits to resolving these cases through its Editorial Board, which will take reasonable measures to identify and prevent the publication of articles involving research misconduct. The journal will not encourage such misconduct or knowingly allow it to occur. If the editor or associate editors become aware of any allegations of misconduct in research, the Editorial Board is responsible for retracting articles or publishing corrections if necessary.
