Manuscripts may be submitted through the OJS platform or through the journal’s institutional email address. Regardless of the submission channel, each manuscript must have an identifiable editorial record that preserves the files, versions, communications, reviews, and decisions related to its evaluation.

Manuscripts received by institutional email will be registered and organized by the editorial team before scientific evaluation begins. Relevant communications, review reports, and decisions must be retained in a manner that ensures the traceability, confidentiality, and integrity of the editorial process.

The use of either submission channel does not alter the journal’s submission requirements, evaluation criteria, peer review model, or ethical policies.
