Abstract

Tumoral Calcinosis is a generalizad and progressive disease with onset in the two first decade of live, the subcutis adjacent to the major articulations (hips shoulders, and elbows) are affected constantly with deposits of calcium crystals, beeing black people the most affected.

We present two cases with this rare desease. A 13 year old girl and an 12 year old boy, both with periarticular lesion on the hip. Radiographics images show radio opaque mass in soft tissue. Clinical, radiologic and patologic findigs are shown with review of the literature
