In the year 2024, as we commemorate the 130th anniversary of the founding of the Hospital de Clínicas de Asunción, we have a unique opportunity to conduct a historicalscientific analysis of this emblematic institution. As a discipline in the field of social sciences, history allows us to reconstruct the past from institutional documents, historical records and commemorative publications,
