The Journal KERA YVOTY [Utopia, in guaraní language]: reflections on the social issue, is a technical-scientific publication of the Faculty of Social Sciences of the Universidad Nacional de Asunción. FACSO-UNA. It is a space for reflection on the various manifestations of the social question generated in modern and contemporary Paraguay and related to the development of the social sciences.
