Abstract
This research analyzes the demographic bonus and migration in Paraguay in the years 2010-2019. The objective of the work is to analyze the repercussion of the migratory effect on the potentiality of the demographic bonus. For this reason, bibliographic-documentary research was used with a qualitative approach and through the point of view of labor economics. Where the demographic bonus is characterized by the acceleration in the growth of the productive population of a country. Paraguay has a demographic bonus and it is estimated that it would last until around 2045. This would provide its economy with the potential for expansion of labor and productive capacity. But, that would be limited by several factors, where geographical mobility is one of them. Complex phenomenon explained by human capital models.
